Jeff Davis

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Jeff Davis brings more than 25 years of experience in the Satellite TV ,Consumer Electronics, and Telecommunications Industries to his position as CEO of Adcomm. A true entrepreneur, Jeff started the company in 2000 after selling his ownership share in a prior venture. After leading the company though start-up and growth phases, Jeff is now responsible for overall strategy and vision for one of the fastest growing privately-held companies in the country.

A strong and supportive leader, Jeff was born and raised in Athens, Tennessee and studied at Middle Tennessee State University. In his spare time, he enjoys classic cars & trucks, riding motorcycles, and enjoying time with his family and friends.

Scott Snyder

President and COO
Scott comes to Adcomm with over 15 years of executive experience in Sales, Marketing, and Operations in the satellite industry. As President and Chief Operations Officer he is responsible for building business models, revenue analysis, budgeting, and developing the growth strategy for the organization. Prior to joining Adcomm, Scott ran the Marketing Department at Trident Marketing, one of DIRECTV’s leading partners. While at Trident, he shared responsibilities for building business models, budgeting, and cash flow analysis for the organization. Scott’s experience includes 5 years managing the DIRECTV dealer channel at Perfect 10, one of the largest distributors of satellite equipment in addition to forming one of DIRECTV and Dish Network’s top dealers in the nation in the early 2000’s where he was responsible for Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance before selling his ownership share to his partner.

When he is not working, Scott, a native of Nebraska, enjoys running, going to the beach and spending quality time with his wife and two sons.

Jim Shea

Chief Legal Officer (CLO)
With over twenty-five years of legal experience, as well as his prior experience serving as Adcomm’s Chief Operating Officer, Jim is responsible for identifying and managing risk and compliance across all Adcomm businesses and services. As the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Risk Officer, Jim is the senior executive accountable for enabling the efficient and effective governance of all significant legal, strategic, operational, financial, and compliance related risks. He is also responsible for overseeing the company’s Legal and Human Resources departments.

Jim lives in Gulf Breeze with his wife Sue and their two boys. Jim is active in the community, serving as Chairman of Gulf Breeze Middle School’s ‘School Advisory Council’ for the past three years. He has also served in a leadership capacity for the Tiger Point Sports Association, Santa Rosa County District 5 Parks and Recreation Commission, and the Gulf Breeze High School Soccer Booster Club. When not working, Jim spends his weekends traveling the southeast with his two boys’ soccer teams.

Jacob Anderson

Sr. Vice President
As Sr. Vice President of Adcomm, Jacob is responsible for Fulfillment Operations, Inter-departmental Strategy, and Customer/Client/Partner Relations for the organization. Jacob, one of the most tenured employees in the company, joined Adcomm in March of 2007 as an entry level employee. With a drive to succeed and knack for helping customers and clients, Jacob progressed through the organization quickly and helped establish many of the department SOPs currently in use today.

Jacob, a HUGE fan of Alabama Crimson Tide football, is a Florida native and has called Navarre home since 2006. He enjoys being involved with local charities and giving back to the local community, often leading the company’s community outreach efforts. When he is not in the office, Jacob enjoys spending time with friends and family…and anything to do with cars.

Tommy Thompson

Sr. Vice President of Operations
A strong leader with a keen eye for driving operational efficiency, Tommy brings more than 20 years of operations management experience to his role as Sr. Vice President of Operations. Tommy’s current responsibilities include providing both strategic and tactical direction for Adcomm’s Call Center, IT, and Inventory functions. Prior to joining Adcomm, served as Vice President of Home Services for a marketing and customer acquisition company where he helped increase top-line revenue by over 250%. He has lent his operational expertise to companies in India, the Philippines, the Dominican Republic and Kenya, and is respected for his dedication to employee development and his track record of success with both growth and turnaround projects.

Tommy, a former standout baseball player, attended Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) where he majored in Business Management. He enjoys riding motorcycles, traveling, and coaching youth sports and is the proud father of three daughters.

Alfredo Hermosillo

Sr. Vice President of Operations
Alfredo brings years of field operations and telecommunications experience to his position as VP of Field Operations. He leads five divisions within the field ops department, driving best-in-class fulfillment results for multiple clients and partners. Alfredo and his team are responsible for all of the company’s fulfillment strategy, operations, performance, and reporting and has been the catalyst for Adcomm’s 60% increase in work order completion over the last 4 years.

Alfredo is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps (Ooh Rah) and native of the great state of Texas. He is an avid rider of Harley motorcycles and enjoys cooking some good old Texas BBQ with his wife, family, and close friends.

Julia Dantin

Vice President of Call Center Operations
As Vice President of Call Center Operations, Julia is responsible for the strategic vision and administration of the company’s call center services for multiple client networks. In this role, Julia and her team work to ensure that ADCOMM provides a seamless client and customer experience across all product lines and service channels. Julia is a 20 year telecommunications industry veteran with extensive experience building successful customer service organizations. Before joining ADCOMM, she served in a Director role for CHCS Services and management positions with Network Paging Company and Network Telephone Company.

Julia is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, a former member of the National American Business Women’s Association, former Vice President of the American Business Women’s Association in Pensacola, Florida. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for several local community organizations and enjoys spending time with her family.

Sam Rice

Vice President of Sales
Sam is a proven performance driver with a knack for identifying key revenue opportunities. As VP of Sales, Sam is responsible for the strategy and execution of all cross-sale efforts for Adcomm’s core business units. Sam possesses over 30 years of experience and has developed sales and marketing strategies for some of the country’s most recognized brands, including Dish Network, ADT, Sears (HVAC), Bell South Mobility, and DIRECTV. Prior to joining Adcomm in 2006, Sam served as a Loan Originator with Lennox Financial at their Atlanta, Georgia facility.

Sam is a master of karaoke and a proud father to two teenage daughters.

Ben Eicher

Vice President of IT
As Vice President of IT, Ben is responsible for Adcomm’s information and communication technology, including support and administration of Virtual Contact Center(VCC), Customer Resource Management(CRM), and overall network infrastructure and security. Ben and his team work with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to develop customized business solutions and to facilitate successful program implementations. Prior to joining Adcomm in 2008, Ben honed his skills at companies like HegerGuss and Gienanth before taking his talents to Caterpillar Inc. Ben, who was born and raised in Germany, received his Bachelor’s Degree in Technology and Operations with a minor in Business Management.

He spends his spare time with his beautiful family and participating in community projects.

Penny Ward

Vice President of Accounting and Finance
Penny brings over 25 years of senior level financial and analytics experience as Adcomm’s Vice President of Accounting, Finance, and Inventory. Penny’s team is responsible for all of the company’s financial reporting and strategy in addition to the managing physical inventory that supports Adcomm’s installation and fulfillment operations. Penny is a detailed operator who is an expert at engaging her team, clients, and partners to drive execution of financial strategy, asset tracking, reporting and reconciliation.

When Penny is not calculating numbers or creating reports, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and reading good books.

Nick Bores

Sr. Director of Human Resources
Nick Bores brings to Adcomm over 32 years’ experience in Management and Human Resources. Over his career he has worked in many different industries and has successfully started two Human Resources departments from the ground up. As Senior Director of Human Resources for Adcomm, he currently leads the Human Resources efforts for over 600 employees. Nick earned his BS degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resources, Management and Marketing from Minnesota State University – Mankato.

Nick comes from a military family where both parents and two brothers served. He has been a past board member and commissioner of the Navarre Youth Sports Association and has been a volunteer coach for basketball, baseball and soccer. He is married with one child, who is currently serving in the Air Force, and enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
